  Qualification: CA / ICFAI or MBA finance with Foreign exchange and RBI and company laws.

  Experience: : Minimum 5 years of independence experience of Forex and financial control of company. Foreign exchange and banking is a must. Credit control and debtor control and cash flow managements. Person who has handled independent charge of company Finance department is necessary. Responsibility involves financial and Forex management. With independent charge and reporting to Satutory auditors and Board of directors. Credit rating and analyst working would help. Person would be trained for becoming HEAD FiNANCE / CFO Post in future.
